One-pager website for $500 (normally $850). $150 engagement fee — non-refundable, credited toward the $500 (remaining $350 on delivery/sign-off).
We host it. Email receptionist included (setup free). Site + email receptionist at $100/mo, locked 24 months, then a mild review. After the 5 spots are taken, website builds go back to $850, and monthly follows the list below.

Extra workflows
Setup: from $250 one-off per extra workflow. Monthly: $40/mo per extra workflow. Adding past the included workflow unlocks 10% off the then-current hosting + workflow list on your plan — that's one 10% off the stack, not stacking forever. If list prices change later, the 10% applies to the list at that time.
Example (today): Site + email + phone list = $80 + $40 + $40 = $160/mo → with 10% off → $144/mo, plus from $250 phone setup. We'll confirm the exact figure on your free chat before anything is billed.
No lock-in theatre — you approve before we go live. We can still look after people case-by-case in chat; that's not a published promise. Prices above are GST-inclusive. The engagement fee is non-refundable but credited to the build total — not an extra charge on top of $500. Extra workflows always show setup + monthly — never monthly alone.
